Haus 15
Consumer needs are constantly evolving. What satisfied past demands may no longer suffice today or in the future. Recognizing this, we launched Project Haus 15 to transform our old office into a rental space that meets modern requirements and anticipates future needs.

Concept
This concept involves designating something based on a set of seven principles.
The Identity
Guided by the tagline 'Where Legacy Meets Modernity,' our vision for Haus 15 is to revitalize this historic space. We aim to achieve this by blending the industrial past of the Poonsub Can Factory with modern minimalism and subtle infusions of Chinese-Thai cultural elegance.
Design Philosophy
The design concept for Haus 15 centers around 'Modern Industrial Elegance' and 'Cultural Nuances.' The architecture emphasizes clean lines and incorporates industrial materials such as steel and glass, while maintaining a functional yet aesthetically minimalist approach. Large open spaces reflect the building's factory origins, and neutral tones (white, gray, metallics) are balanced with warm natural textures like wood and greenery. Subtle Chinese-Thai influences are integrated through the use of traditional motifs, such as latticework and screens, within contemporary design elements.
Space Utilization
To embrace the concept of Mixed-Use Modernity, Haus 15 is envisioned as a multi-purpose space that caters to its urban Bangkok setting. It can accommodate a variety of uses, including boutique commercial spaces for offices or retail, with a particular focus on creative industries. The design emphasizes flexibility and customization, making it an appealing option for entrepreneurs, startups, and professionals.
Historical Integration
In homage to the Poonsub Factory, we plan to integrate design elements inspired by its industrial past, such as exposed steel beams, brickwork, and subtle references to the factory's origins, like can-inspired art or fixtures. Key spaces will feature timelines highlighting the property's history, blending nostalgia with innovative design. A central feature will be the Heritage Wall, showcasing the journey of the Poonsub family, the factory's legacy, and its transformation into Haus 15.
Marketing Positioning
Our target audience comprises young professionals and entrepreneurs seeking a stylish and functional workspace. We subtly weave our message – 'Step into a legacy that redefined. From heritage to the horizon – discover Haus 15' – into the very design of the space.
Architectural Highlights
The building boasts a modern facade adorned with a geometric pattern and warm lighting. Inside, you'll find open and airy layouts featuring industrial finishes. Our furnishings seamlessly blend modern styles with accents inspired by Chinese-Thai culture. A glass rooftop offers transparency and natural light, while surrounding green spaces provide a refreshing and relaxing ambiance throughout the day.
Cultural and Emotional Connection
Haus 15 is more than just a building; it's a testament to growth and transformation. From its origins as an industrial factory, Haus 15 embodies resilience and prosperity as it bridges the past and the future through its modern reimagining.
